Jay Lanzy, Principal Owner of Fresh Air Technologies, is an Environmental Geologist. He has over 25 years of experience in environmental consulting. Every mold removal project is carefully planned with written protocols prepared for every job. Jay Lanzy

President

My name is Jay Lanzy and I am the President of Fresh Air Technologies, LLC. My job is to oversee the day to day operations of the company. My secondary purpose is to develop and implement all technical cleaning protocols for residential and commercial mold abatement, bio-film, bacteria, moisture intrusion and other projects. My previous experience includes 6 years as a project hydrogeologist for a multi-national environmental consultant company where I conducted Phase I site assessments and functioned a certified building inspector for the presence of asbestos containing materials. Other previous work experience includes over-site of large scale asbestos and lead abatement projects in schools, hospitals and power facilities. I enjoy exercising, outdoor recreation, cooking and spending time with my family.

Operations Manager

I have been with Fresh Air Technologies for over 19 years. I love to spend time with my family. I’m originally from Mexico but I spent some time in Florida. I moved to Charlotte over 10 years ago, I am so excited to be a father of our first child. I like the healthy active life style. My job with Fresh Air Technologies is a project manager. I follow up with the process of the jobs and follow up with the employees and make sure that the job gets done properly. I love what I’m doing and I’m happy with the company.
